Bar Manager

You will have total responsibility for one of our establishments. You have a key role in the success of the bar and also the management of your team’s working hours, all supplies and you guarantee the respect of rules and regulations.
Client satisfaction is our main concern.
You must be rigorous, organized, responsible and conscientious but also be open minded, enthusiastic and friendly. Your interpersonal skills must be excellent to seduce and attract our clientele.
Your establishment must reflect La Grotte du Yeti values : international, friendly, lively. It must be the preferred venue in the resort.
You will have a key position in the day to day organization : you have the position of leader; you must be exemplary and always assertive.
You will represent the company image with the different local partners in the resorts (local authorities, shop, hotel and restaurant owners…) it’s up to you to assure best relations in the resort.
Also, to be able to correctly carry out your job, you will follow a training regarding licensing laws which will be paid for by La Grotte du Yeti. This training is valid for 10 years and gives the right to manage an establishment of this type.
You must have a valid driving license, a good level in English and French and be at ease using software such as Word, Excel, etc.
